With over 35 years of eco-friendly carpet cleaning experience, ProMasters have the knowhow and equipment to clean almost any stain from any carpet or upholstery service. In the rare instances where a stain cannot be removed, it is likely we will be able to identify this beforehand, saving time and money.
High Quality Equipment
At ProMasters we use the Airflex Storm (800 psi), which is one of the most effective carpet cleaning machines on the market. It comes with extension tubes that enable us to keep the machine itself in our van, while we clean your carpets. This means noise on your premises is kept to a minimum, and the standard of cleaning is still impeccable.

What is the estimated drying time?
Your carpets should be dry within 2 hours. Sofas may take slightly longer.
How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every six months.
Can you remove wine, tea, coffee etc.?
Some stains can be permanent and so we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. However, we tend to remove 80% of stains.
Can pet odours and urine be removed?
The deodoriser in our cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours. We use professional spotters specifically designed for the removal of urine.
Can cleaning damage my carpet?
No. Hot water extraction is the safest cleaning method and is approved by carpet manufacturers.
How should I prepare to have my carpets cleaned?
Please ensure we can access hot water and electricity at your property. Vacuuming your carpets before we arrive will improve the results of our cleaning process.
What should I do about the furniture in the room?
Our cleaners will happily move any furniture that can be moved by one person.
Lovely guy that come out to clean my carpets so nice and friendly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very quick and my carpets look great a real good clean I am impressed as grey carpets are hard to clean 5 star service and will use again.
